Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the crown jewel of the three area resorts, has fast chairlifts and challenging chutes and bowls. Snow King Ski Area is perfect for the skier who prefers to stay in town or ski at night, while Grand Targhee Ski Resort, located over an hour away, has exceptional powder and long runs. Amenities: Among the many guest services and conveniences we offer is free airport shuttles between the hours of 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM with advanced notice, two free ski shuttles per day to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and one per day to Snow King, fax service and free fax receive, and laundromat on site. Another favorite winter adventure activity is dog sledding through the Jackson Hole Valley. This peaceful and out-dated mode of transportation is a great way to view the grandeur of the Grand Tetons. Horse drawn sleigh rides, snowshoeing the backcountry of Gros Ventre Wilderness Area, and cross-country skiing the Bridger-Teton National Forest are other popular winter activities.
