Park Place Condo - Al Grayzel Description: The condominium is in an eight unit building on a quiet road in City Park, with beautiful views from the windows of the park and of the historic Miners Hospital. . It is located within walking distance of the Park City Ski Area and of historic main street in old town; an area with shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Additional Information: A free bus shuttle to the Park City Ski Area, Deer Valley Ski Area, the Canyons Ski Resort and historic main street, stops right outside your door. Our unit is a three level 1500 square foot condominiun that can sleep up to eight people comfortably. It has three bedrooms, three full baths and a sleep sofa in the living room. A sliding door leads to the outdoor deck with a hot tub and gas fired grill. There is also an indoor "jetted tub" and a wood burning stove in the living room.
We want our guests stay in our luxury condominium to be as pleasant as possible, and will make every effort to accomplish that goal. For the comfort of all of our guests smoking and pets are not allowed.
Our condo is rented with a four day minimum stay requirement. Check-in time is after 4 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m.
