Old Town Guest House - Park City, Utah Description: Old Town Guest House Bed and Breakfast is the perfect lodging for active skiers, hikers and mountain bikers. Located within walking distance of both skiing facilities, and the historic Main Street. Let us show you why Park City, UT, is such a fabulous vacation destination. Additional Information: There are four comfortable rooms to choose from, each furnished in country style with lodge-pole pine furniture and genuine hospitality, making it a great place to come home to after your active day. Here is a brief description of each room and the summer and winter price per night.Treasure Hollow This room has a queen bed, TV, VCR, phone, fireplace and a full bathroom. It is a large room with a sitting area and two big windows. This is a wonderful cozy room. McConky's Suite This suite has two rooms. One with a queen bed and the other with two twins. There is a full bathroom with a jetted tub. Also in this room is a TV, VCR and phone. This is the entire upstairs of the house offering lots of room. Silver Skis and Quit-N-Time Each of these rooms has a queen bed and a bathroom. The two rooms share a shower. there is a phone in-between two rooms. Both of these rooms are cozy and offer loads of privacy. Amenities: There is a beautiful common room with the original fireplace, a TV, VCR, and plenty of room to sit back and relax with a book or play a game. To assure your comfort, we provide our guests with the following:-Hearty mountain breakfast -Flannel robes in all rooms -Hot tub on the back deck under the stars -Movie library -Ski & snowboard storage -Afternoon snacks -Boot dryers -Fax service -Non-smoking inn Activities: Guests can enjoy all the conveniences of our Park City, Utah, location, while staying in a beautifully renovated historic bed and breakfast. Our bed and breakfast allows you to access everything Park City has to offer--fine dining, nightlife and shopping on Main Street and skiing, mountain biking and hiking in the Utah Wasatch Mountains.
Winter Activities
In the winter you will find the "Greatest Snow on Earth." Deep, light and abundant. With an average of over 350 inches of the white stuff per year, we believe you'll find skiing conditions to be "world class." Park City is the classic alpine ski town, full of shops, antique stores, theaters and restaurants and is ready to add another feather in its cap as the site of several Olympic venues for the 2002 Winter Olympics. You can fly from just about anywhere in the U.S. in the morning and still ski half a day. Surrounding you within a few miles of each other lie three of the finest ski resorts in the West: Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons mountain. Once you ski Utah, you'll never want to ski anywhere else.
Summer Activities
In the summer time, hiking boots replace ski boots, the snow melts into wildflowers and there isn't enough time in the day to do everything. Come to a mountain town where summer is just an excuse to play outside without a coat. The ski runs become lift-served mountain bike trails and this world class resort opens its doors to those seeking a relaxing summer retreat. Activities include hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, shopping, concerts, theater and loads more. There are numerous mountain biking and hiking trails just steps outside the Old Town Guest House. |
