Olcha House Rental Home - Park City Description: Deluxe 5BR 5BA Ski Rental Home, Park City, UT Old Town. Walk to lift to Park City Mountain, Minutes to Deer Valley, Canyons, Alta, Snowbird.Additional Information: This deluxe five bedroom/five full bath home is right in the middle of Park City's Historic Old Town. It boasts an exceptional location. It is a two minute walk to dining, entertainment and shopping on Main Street, and a five minute walk to the Town Lift to Park City Mountain Resort and ski rentals; ski-in via Quit'n Time run. It's also a five minute drive to Deer Valley, a ten minute drive to The Canyons and Utah Olympic Park, location of the bob sled course and ski jumps, and 50 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton.Recently renovated, this deluxe home has been equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures, appliances, flooring, furniture and more. The home offers two car covered parking and an eight man hot tub on a deck that overlooks Historic Old Town. It includes washer, dryer, ski locker, boot dryer, stone fireplace, custom wood cabinets, whole house humidifier, cable TV, VCR and stereo with CD. Weekly rates available at competitive prices. You will love the location! Olcha House is situated so that renting a car is optional. The Town Lift is a short downhill walk and you can ski down Quit'n Time run to the house at the end of the day. Or ski back down to the Town Lift via the new bridge, store your skis, and engage in some apres ski activity before walking back to the house. After a hard day of skiing it's great to hop into the hot tub on the deck and take in the view of downtown Park City. When ready, a short walk down a set of stairs puts you in the middle of Main Street with access to all types of dining and entertainment. What a day! Amenities: The kitchen offers a wonderful place to gather and enjoy apres ski stories. It is highlighted with custom wood cabinets, tile floors and an extensive set of cooking utensils. The large table seats 10 comfortably with four additional places at the breakfast bar. All five bedrooms are brightly decorated with a Southwest decor, and equipped for comfort. Top-of-the-line mattresses make it easy to get a good night's sleep after a rough day on the mountain. Each bedroom has it's own full bath finished with beautiful slate floors and heat lamps. The master has a king bed, cable TV and VCR. There are two queen rooms, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bunk room with double bunk and single with trundle. The bunk room has cable TV/VCR (great room for electronic babysitting). The living area is cozy and rustic. It is highlighted with custom wood cabinets, a stone fireplace and comfortable leather furniture.
