The Carriage House, Park City, UT Description:

The Carriage House is located just off of Historic Main Street, steps away from Park City Mountain Resort's Town Ski Lift. The Carriage House includes three different Suites, all measuring approximately 700 sq.ft.

Additional Information:

SUITE 1
Located on the lower level of the house facing Main Street, near the spa, this one-bedroom apartment is newly renovated in a Southwest theme. Ideal for a couple or small family, the entire apartment has warm and cozy radiant heat tiled flooring.

The dining room table comfortably seats four. The full kitchen with kitchen island is equipped with new appliances, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The living room has a queen-sized fold-out couch. and television, VCR and telephone. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and bathroom with tub and shower. The second bathroom has a shower also with radiant heat tiled floors.

SUITE 2
Located on the second or main level of the House, suite #2 is perfect for up to six people. Facing Main Street, this two bedroom, two bath condo is accessible by wheelchair with off street parking just steps from the front door.

Radiant heat flooring through out the whole suite is cozy and warm. The Southwest theme tastefully encompasses the apartment. A large common spa can be enjoyed anytime of the year. The dining room table seats six and the new, well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher.

Amenities include a television, VCR and telephone. Ideal for longer stays, this two master bedroom suite includes two full bathrooms and the living room couch folds out to make a queen-sized bed.

SUITE 3
Suite 3, located on the top level of the house, includes views of the Town Ski Lift and ski runs. Private outdoor ski lockers are located near the off-street parking. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and warm radiant heat flooring throughout the suite.

Great for entertaining, the new kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, and is open to the living room. The Southwest decorated suite is comfortable for four people, using the queen sized foldout couch. Amenities include television, VCR and telephone.

This spacious newly re-decorated one bedroom, one bathroom suite has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and washer/ dryer. A large common spa is located on the lower level.

THE HOUSE
The HOUSE is located directly in front of the CARRIAGE HOUSE, and is SKI-IN, SKI-OUT on the Town Run and one block from the Town Run Plaza. Built in 1906 it has been completely renovated inside and out, plus extensive new additions. It has radiant heat throughout, fireplaces, spa, patio, laundry room and an upstairs balcony. Despite it being "brand new" it still has the warmth and character of a turn-of-the-century home.

Completed this fall, the Town Run now extends all the way to the lift plaza, and our house is adjacent to the run. It is two blocks from Main Street with numerous shops and restaurants. We are one block from the bus stop, providing FREE transportation to all other areas of Park City.

The Main House has a full kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite counters. There is an adjoining dining room seating eight to ten. The living room has fireplace, stereo, and bookcases.

The Master Bedroom has fireplace, queen bed, a separate patio entrance, TV /VCR, steam shower and a large jetted tub.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with balcony access:
The North Room has vaulted ceiling, king bed, TV /VCR. The South Room has a king brass bed, jetted tub, and an alcove for reading or TV. It overlooks the Town Run Plaza. There are three bedrooms downstairs which can be rented singly, two or all three, or with the main house for up to six bedrooms total, providing flexibility for your needs.

The Front Bedroom has king bed, fireplace, outside entrance, kitchenette, table and chairs, TV /VCR. The Back Bedroom has king bed, fireplace, TV /VCR, kitchenette, table and chairs. Access Is through garage If rented separately.

The Corner Room has king bed, fireplace, table and chairs, TV /VCR and looks out toward the Town Run Plaza. Separate laundry facilities are available for the downstairs bedrooms.
