Moab Springs Ranch Description: Your accommodations are Moab's most luxurious Townhome Condominiums. They each have two bedrooms, 2&1/2 baths ands sleep 6 to 8 people.
Additional Information: The floor plan has been called the "smartest" in town. Large windows, numerous doors, patios and balconies make these units bright and airy.
The Master Bedroom has a queen-bed, television/VCR, private full bathroom and opens onto a large balcony. The second bedroom sleeps 4. It has a very sturdy bunkbed, a queen-bed and a full bathroom. It also opens onto the full-width balcony. The bedrooms are sumptuously carpeted in very high quality 100% wool carpet.
The great-room has a fully furnished kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living area.
The kitchen is not a "kitchenette". It has a gas stove-top, electric oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, blender and spacious cabinets. The stove and oven are located on an island, which has a raised breakfast bar with five barstools. The dining table seats 6 to 8 people.
The Living area has a fold-out double-bed sofa, a reading chair, a Television with VCR, a "Shelf-System" CD/ Tape Player and Radio and coffee table. For cool evenings, a Vermont Castings natural gas stove/fireplace with glass front cheers up the room.
We take your outside time very seriously. We installed French Doors from the Great Room onto the large patios and each bedroom has its own door onto the balconies. The Patio has a dining table and four chairs. The balcony has a bistro table and four chairs.
Activities: A spa/hot tub is conveniently located near the Townhomes. Picnic tables are generously scattered about the campus.
