Meadowridge Condominium Description:

High up in the Rockies in the Fraser Valley, there is a cozy condo available for rent. Our condo near Winter Park, Colorado is a prime vacation spot for accessing unlimited outdoor adventure at any time of year.

Additional Information:

As a guest in our condo, you have access to the amenities at Club Meadowridge, just a block away. Nothing feels better than a relaxing hot tub after a long day on the slopes and then dinner at Restaurant on the Ridge, considered one of the best restaurants in the valley.

There's also a weight room, video game room, racquetball, basketball and outdoor heated pool. The two outdoor hot tubs are an awesome spot from which to enjoy the Colorado night sky. Another indoor hot tub is available for the less adventurous. A Sports Shop is open during the winter featuring ski and board rentals.

Amenities:

The Getaway
The floor plan features two decks and a cathedral cieling. The address is Meadowridge, Court 30 Unit 11, which rests on a mesa overlooking the Fraser Valley. There are three bedrooms, each with a full bath.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has a one car garage and entry with stairs leading to the main floor. There is plenty of additional parking.

The Main Floor
The main floor (second story) boasts an open floor plan design including a living area with a stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and a large sliding glass door which opens to the front deck and has spectacular views of Byers Peak and Winter Park ski area. The sofa sleeper opens up to a queen size bed for additional guests. Of course, there's cable TV and a VCR for watching ski videos.

The dining area is just off the living area with a large table that seats six and a solid oak serving counter which seats another five. Beyond that is the recently remodeled kitchen, with new appliances and flagstone tiles. It is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, Jenn-Aire oven, refrigerator and microwave. The main floor bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom.

The Third Floor
The third floor features a loft bedroom that overlooks the living area and has it's own full bathroom. There is also a bunk room with two pairs of bunk beds and a back deck. This is the largest bedroom with room for kids to play. The third full bathroom is attached to the bunk room. You'll also find a handy washer and dryer.

Activities:

In Winter If you're coming to Winter Park in the winter, you're coming to ski, and you've picked the perfect spot. Downhill skiing is world class at Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas and there is a free shuttle service right from our door! Also check out the huge back country downhill skiing at nearby Berthoud Pass. In Summer Summer time could mean relaxing by the pool admiring the view or high altitude adventure on the Continental Divide. Up here you can be hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, picnicking or horseback riding within minutes! Skiing and Snowboarding People come from around the world to ski at Winter Park Resort. We have the most consistent snow season after season, and with 22 lifts, 134 designated trails, 2,886 total ski acreage and a great ski school, this place is hard to beat. Winter Park also provides a free shuttle that takes you from the condo right to the base of the mountain. Other winter activity When you're not skiing, you have tremendous opportunities for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sled-riding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and tubing at the local tubing hill. Also, be sure to check out our perks page for the hot tub and other great amenities at the club which are available to you for free as our guest.ime Mountain Biking Winter Park offers the world's largest mountain bike trail system with over 600 miles of marked and mapped trails in the Fraser Valley and on Winter Park mountain. Trails are available for all skill levels. Music The Music at the Park series features the Winter Park Jazz Festival and World Class Rockfest and several free concerts throughout the summer. Golf The championship 18-hole Pole Creek Golf Course won "Best New Public Golf Course in America" in 1985 and is still ranked in the top 75 courses in the country by Golf Digest. If that isn't enough for you, Grand Lake has another top rated course just 30 minutes away. Hiking There are numerous beautiful Hiking trails for all levels. Paths along the Fraser River, at the foot of our hill, lead just as far as you want to go, even as far as Winter Park Village. For the more serious, a hike up to Byers Peak and along the Continental Divide is unbeatable. Touring If touring is your thing, Lake Granby and Rocky Mountain National Park are only 30 minutes away. Don't miss Trail Ridge Road—the "Rooftop of the Rockies" which takes you well above treeline (12,800') and down to Estes Park. Lake Granby, the largest and most beautiful lake in Colorado, has sailboating, windsurfing, water skiing and fishing. Fishing Trout Fishing abounds in the Fraser Valley along with plenty of opportunities for lake and stream fishing up in Rocky Mountain National Park. Ridin' and Ropin' The High Country Stampede Rodeo and BBQ is held on Saturday nights during the summer in Fraser. If you've never been to a rodeo, this one is definitely one to see. Horseback riding and hayrides are also available at various sites in the Grand Valley. Other summer activities at Winter Park Resort include miniature golf, a fabulous 3,000 foot Alpine Slide and chair lift rides for sliders, hikers, and bikers. A maze, playground and sand volleyball are available to those who prefer to keep their feet on the ground. If that's not enough, try an off-road jeep tour, whitewater rafting, ballooning, roller blading, rock climbing, camping, backpacking or just relax and enjoy the view from our deck.
