Brother Moose Bed and Breakfast Inn Description: The Buffalo and Moose Tipis will accommodate 6 people each. The Wolf Tipi will accommodate 4. Breakfast and afternoon drinks and hors d' oeuvres are included.
Additional Information: Brother Moose B&B is nestled among six acres of serene pine forest, just minutes from The Winter Park Ski Area, the closest major resort to Denver. Enjoy the finest mountain resort activities featuring over 600 miles of imposing bike and hiking trails, snowshoeing (we have five pair for guests to use!), distinctively unique shops and enchanting restaurants. All Guest Rooms at Brother Moose have in-room Jacuzzi, quaint antiques and romantic gas log stoves complete with a glass viewing window and a Jacuzzi. Warm up to the alluring mountain chill with the chef's special gourmet breakfast. The possibilities seem endless and range from Lobster Medallion Benidict to Cheese Blintz with fresh strawberries or Praline waffles. You'll always find freshly ground coffee, breakfast meat, an assortment of juices and fresh fruit. Relax in the Great Room beside a cozy wood-burning stove. At the end of a full day of mountain activities, come join us for complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks, or treat yourself to an ample measure of Jo's famous "Moose Milk" served on our pine tree surrounded deck or in the Great Room. The fire pit in the center of the Tipi clearing is an invitingto gather – for stories or camaraderie in the unique setting. In addition to its own gas log stove, each guest room enjoys its own private bath with shower and features a Jacuzzi. Fresh flowers and chocolates add to the romantic ambiance. Upper Level Accommodations The Iron Horse Room explores the history of transportation in both Grand County and Colorado. This room features a King-sized Iron Bed with down mattress and comforter, cozy sitting area, TV/VCR, and bath with separate shower. The Mary Jane Room embraces the challenges of the mountain at the Winter Park Resort. The Mary Jane's hallmark is a Queen-sized sleigh bed, private deck and TV/VCR. Garden Level Accommodations The White Water Room plays upon the enticement of Grand County's rivers and lakes - sailing, fishing, and rafting. It features a King-sized bed. The Tabernash Room is Native American art and history in celebration. A King-sized Aspen wood bed and large sitting area are complimented by TV/VCR combination. Activities: Skiing
