Beaver Village Condominiums Description: Beaver Village Condominiums, managed by Teverbaugh Heaton Management, provides you the best Winter Park lodging with a convenient in town location, a secluded forested setting and views of the Continental Divide. Your lodging options vary from one, two, three or four bedroom condominiums. Each of our condominiums comes complete with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, gas or woodburning fireplace and private balcony.Additional Information: The clubhouse, located at the entrance of the condominium complex, provides easy access to our front desk, heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, laundry and meeting facilities.The Beaver Village Condominium complex is located in the town of Winter Park and on the free shuttle route. The shuttle picks you up at your front door every 30 minutes and takes you directly to Winter Park Resort. Service begins at 8:15 a.m. After skiing or riding, the shuttle will take you directly back to your condominium without the hassle of having to ride on the shuttle through various stops in town. You will find it easy to walk, drive or take the free shuttle to downtown Winter Park for dining, shopping and night life. Our property is minutes to Winter Park Resort and minutes from town. Stay with us and see why Beaver Village Condominiums is the perfect location for your Winter Park vacation. Winter Park Condos Nestled among the trees with views of the Continental Divide, you will find our condominiums truly unique in every way as each unit is individually owned. We offer you a variety of condos ranging from one, two, three and four bedroom condominiums. Our clubhouse has all the amenities that you could need with indoor heated pool, hot tubs and sauna. In addition, we have laundry facilities, complete with television and game room to keep you entertained. Convenient for You You will also find it convenient staying with us as our condominium complex is within walking distance to town close to shopping, dining and nightlife. We are also on the free shuttle route. The shuttle picks you up right at the front door of your condo then takes your directly to the resort during the ski season. After a day of skiing or riding, just get on the shuttle and you are dropped off at your front door. Attentive Service Beaver Village Condominiums is the only property we manage so we can provide the best service to our guests. The front desk is located in the clubhouse at the entrance of our condominium complex within easy access to the condos. Our office hours are from 8 am to 10 pm daily. After the office is closed, we do have someone from our staff "on call" in case of emergencies. We are here to take care of you and make your stay with us enjoyable.
