Our brand new luxury condominiums offer spectacular views with true ski-in/ski-out in the winter and direct access to the championship golf course in the summer. They are located at the base of chair 1 and sit next to the second hole of the golf course.

The Terraces on Meadows ski run is a mining style house divided into 4 individual units. These Luxury Condominiums come without the high rise, people or elevators. All you get is the feeling of a private mountain home.

Telluride - for Body, Mind and Spirit
These units offer true ski-in/ski-out access, and are located at the base of the “chondola” right on the Meadows ski run. The “chondola” provides free transportation to and from the historic district of Telluride and all the resort's outstanding restaurants as well as the renowned Peaks Golden Door Spa. The chondola and interconnecting gondola network, runs from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. so you never need a car to get around.

The living areas have expansive glass windows and doors overlooking the ski runs and the mountains with high ceilings and wood beams. Note the view of the chondola through the front window. A stone fireplace, plastered walls and hard wood floors make this a truly luxurious retreat A private terrace offers a sheltered and sunny place to relax.

The luxurious master suite offers a large bedroom with a king-size bed overlooking the ski run and mountain peaks, high ceilings, large closets, TV and beautiful furniture makes this room a great place to relax. The bathroom has marble tumblestone, copper mirrors and a Jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate bathroom with tumble marble and a steam shower. This room sleeps two in total comfort. In the larger units there is a large loft at the top of an elegant spiral stairway. The loft features a queen size sleeper sofa, large closet, and a full bath. The kids will be exited about the prospect of sleeping here! Plenty of room and a view to match, make the loft a great bedroom or a place to play.

The kitchen features granite countertops with stainless steel appliances; commercial gas range, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Full range of cookware, dinnerware and glassware. Also included are small appliances such as blender, toaster and coffeemaker.
