Steamboat Condo Description: Steamboat Condo, is a large 2 bath studio loft that serves as the owners second home. It is located at the heart of Ski Time Square just 75 yards to the nearest slope. Enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and entertainment choices that are all within walking distance. You can also Ski down to the Gondola or your favorite restaurant, bar, or shop in Gondola Square!Additional Information: The condo faces a babbling brook with a beautiful forested view. It features its own private entrance and is located on the first floor at the end of the building for privacy and convenient check-in/out. This tastefully decorated condo has been fitted with new carpet, tiled floors and fire-place hearth, CD player and attention to detail you only find with a privately owned condo. This condo is approx. 900 sq. ft. and features an open loft, overlooking the lower level. The loft has recently been upgraded with a new 3/4 bath (unique to this size condo). The 2 queen size beds are fitted for the tired and weary skier, featuring new mattresses and colorful cotton or flannel linens. The beds can be separated by a full room folding privacy curtain. A second TV/VCR is located in the loft area for peace and comfort. A full size futon is provided on the lower level for added sleeping space and is comfortably placed adjacent to the gas fireplace and TV/VCR. Playing cards, games and movies for the whole family are also provided to make your non-skiing time more enjoyable. Cheerful decor with tiled floor and faux painting gives this kitchen its southwest character. It is fully equipped with microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, and ice maker. Tasteful dinnerware, Pyrex and T-Fal cookware is a delight for those who like to cook. It has a breakfast bar and dinette table for comfort and convenience at meal time. You will find the complimentary gourmet coffee, cookbooks and cooking spices a delightful addition. What's a mountain ski vacation without the hot tub and sauna? Yes! there are 2 hot tubs, 1 indoor and the other outdoor. The sauna is a "real" one, allowing for steam to soothe the mind and body.
