Situated on a private 1/2 acre lot in TREE HAUS overlooking the YAMPA RIVER VALLEY and the STEAMBOAT SKI AREA the panoramic views create memories for a lifetime.Additional Information: At night enjoy the stars and the twinkling lights of the ski area or the silent snow covered mountains by day. After an exhilarating day on the slopes, relax in the deluxe hydrotherapy hot tub with 27 jets to massage those tired muscles. Amenities: THE LIVING AREA boasts a sumptuous environment of Western decor which has a beautiful moss rock fireplace with a heatalator vent, luxurious custom made leather couches, and comfortable rockers in which to relax while soaking up the unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area and Yampa River Valley.THE DINING AREA seats up to 12 people, shares the trademark views of this level and has glass doors leading to the wraparound deck. THE KITCHEN is huge and fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, flatware, dishes, and most spices to provide for many pleasurable hours of entertaining. The adjoining laundry room is fully stocked for your convenience. THE GAME ROOM includes a big screen TV and VCR, wet bar, antique movie posters, wood burning stove, bookcase filled with interesting reading, a dart board, and an indulging leather couch to sink into after a full day on the slopes. THE MASTER SUITE boasts a custom hand crafted pine log queen bed and furniture, a private patio with easy access to the outdoor hot tub, six person steam shower, double vanity, and a large glass enclosed bathtub room overlooking the ski area. THE LOFT is located on the upper level, offers a double win bunkbed, and two extra long twins that can be put together as a king size bed, as well as a private bath, ceiling fan and a color cable TV with VCR. THE GUEST BEDROOM has a double win bunkbed, twin bed, closet, and sliding glass doors leading to the back deck and view of the rear mountain. THE GUEST SUITE features Indian decor, lodge pole queen bed and night stands, large closets to stow gear, a private bath, and sliding glass doors providing a marvelous view of the ski area and easy access to the outdoor hot tub. Activities: THE STEAMBOAT SKI AREA is just 1.5 miles away, spanning 2,500 acres of skiing with 107 trails over four mountains. Famous for its Champagne Powder, STEAMBOAT has produced more Olympic skiers (35) than any other ski area. At just 6,700' at the base, the altitude takes less adjustment and makes for warmer skiing
