Keystone Rental Description: This Brand new Lodge-style 4 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 bath home with breathtaking Mountain Views borders the Arapaho National Forest. Our 3500 sq. ft. multi-level home features massive windows, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and premium appliances, log furniture, cable TV and telephones in each bedroom, internet computer, washer & dryer, large deck with detached 2 car garage. Additional Information: Hardwood floors and natural slate cover the upper two levels of the home with designer carpeting in the lower bedrooms. Underfloor radiant heat is controlled through 5 different zones. For a list of features, click here. This 4 Bedroom home plus loft sleeps 12 in luxury. Located in the prestigious Summerwood subdivision, renters have complimentary access to the Sports Club with racquetball, tennis courts, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor pool, and brand new Nautilus workout facilities.The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a loft w/sleeper sofa. Most rooms are equipped with cable T.V. and telephone and there is an Internet computer in the loft. The master bathroom also has a jacuzzi. The sleeping configuration of the house is as follows: the master and one downstairs bedroom have one queen bed each, the remaining two downstairs bedrooms have two twin beds each, with the larger of the two bedrooms also having a full bath and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the loft. Maximum sleeping capacity is 12 persons. Three parking spaces are provided, one of which is in the heated garage. Amenities: -NEW! SUPERMARKET SHOPPING SERVICE! Would you like us to stock the refrigerator with all your favorites prior to your arrival? For a $25 fee, our caretaker's service will obtain all of your essentials, including Starbucks Coffee and fresh pastries.
