Townhouse for Rent Description: Snowcrest at Village Townhomes - 3 Bedroom Townhouse for Rent,
overlooks the tennis court and children's playground.
Additional Information: This spacious three bedroom Townhouse (1800 Sq. Ft.) with attached garage was built in 1980. The Townhouse is fully furnished and includes 2 1/2 baths, fireplace, indoor hot tub, large deck , cable TV, washer, dryer, telephone and carpet throughout. The all electric kitchen is fully furnished with cooking and eating utensils and dishwasher. The red-wood deck overlooks the tennis courts and children's playground. The Townhouse is ideally suited for a couple or groups up to eight. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Each additional bedroom has a double bed and a queen size sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Kitchen The all electric kitchen is fully furnished with cooking and eating utensils and dishwasher. Master Bedroom The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath. The other two bedrooms have a double bed in each. Living Room 1500 square feet of living space. Summer:
Have fun hiking, backpacking, biking, 4-wheeling, or boating, sailing and fishing at Lake Dillon, a 5 minute ride away. Nearby golf at Breckenridge, Copper Creek, Keystone Ranch, and Eagles Nest all offer 18 hole courses.
Winter:
Skiers enjoy downhill skiiing on the greatest variety of slopes offered by any ski town in Colorado. Numerous trails and nordic centers are nearby for crosscountry skiing.
Breckenridge:
Only 15 minutes away. Offers 2 mountains. Ideal for beginner to intermediate.
Arapahoe Basin:
20 minutes away. Excellent spring skiing.
Copper Mountain:
10 minute drive. Variety of runs and numerous lifts.
Keystone:
15 minutes away with some of the best skiing offered anywhere in Colorado.
"Ski the Summit" lift tickets are interchangeable at all of the above mountains and can be purchased at any of the resorts. Free Summit County bus transportion is available summer and winter to any of the above areas.
Vail-Beaver Creek:
A 45 minute drive to world class skiing.
