Set on over 7 acres, including 3 acres of natural habitat with meandering streams and many trees, these townhomes overlook Lake Dillon, snow capped mountains and the Arapahoe National Forest.

For the skier, Frisco is the hub of Colorado Ski Country activity. Four major ski resorts - Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Breckenridge - are less than 20 minutes away. Transportation to these areason the county-wide Summit Stage is FREE. For cross-country skiing, the Frisco Nordic Center is just down the road with over 30 kilometers of groomed trails.
We are a retired military couple currently stationed outside of Colorado. Our Frisco Bay Townhome is nestled in one of the most beautiful counties in the Colorado Rockies. Approximately 85 miles west of Denver and only a mile south of Interstate 70, Frisco is in the heart of ski country and enjoyes 300 days of sunshine a year.
The town of Frisco is centrally located and is close to 3 major ski resorts. Breckenridge is 9 miles south, Copper Mountain is 7 miles west, and Keystone is 9 miles southeast. Free public transportation is available near the entrance to Frisco Bay and allows access to all parts of the county.
