Streamside of Estes Park Description: Welcome to Streamside of Estes Park! Nestled between the cool clear waters of Fall River and the granite peak of Old Man Mountain, Streamside provides exactly what you would expect from one of the Rocky Mountains' most unique resorts. Our nineteen luxury cabinsuites are located well off the road among seventeen acres of pine and aspen.Additional Information: You only have to step out your front door to catch your limit of rainbow trout or crack your window for a babbling brook lullaby. Enjoy a gentle stroll around the property shared with American elk and mule deer during the spring, fall and winter...or challenge yourself to the summit of Old Man Mountain for breathtaking panoramic views.Streamside is open 365 days per year! You can enjoy everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer; whether watching the spectacular wildlife in the fall, winter and spring, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in Rocky Mountain National Park or simply enjoying a day by the fireplace in your cozy cabinsuite, Estes Park certainly is a year-round destination! We are located 1½ miles west of the shops, art galleries and restaurants of downtown Estes Park; and only 3 miles east of the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Deluxe Cabinsuite #20 - 25 Our Deluxe Cabinsuites are located in a riverfront condo-style building. Each suite, whether on the ground level or second floor, faces the Fall River and features its own covered patio or gazebo deck with a gas grill. As you enter your suite there is a king bed to one side of the front room that faces a small sofa seating area and custom gas log fireplace. This unit also features a full kitchen with a drop leaf dinette table. There is a separate bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom has a cultured marble vanity and a 6'x3' jetted hydro-therapy tub with shower. There are six cabinsuites in this building. One Bedroom Cabinsuite #5 & 7 These one bedroom suites are located in our 'adults only' building and feature a see-through custom gas log fireplace which can be enjoyed from either the living room, which has a sleeper sofa and recliner, or the king bed in a separate bedroom. These cabinsuites also include a full kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with a shower/tub combination and two vanities. A flight of stairs takes you to the front door and a private deck with gas grill. The view from the deck is a lovely wooded setting frequented by herds of Amercan elk and mule deer in the fall, winter and spring. Great Room Cabinsuite #6 & 8 Our large Great Room Cabinsuites are located in our 'adults only' building. These one room suites have an elevated king bed looking over the living area. There is a loveseat in front of the custom gas log fireplace and a full kitchen with a dining table. The bathroom features a 4' x 6' tiled shower that converts into a steamroom. Your private deck has a gas grill and furniture where you can enjoy a lovely wooded setting frequented by herds of Amercan elk and mule deer in the fall, winter and spring. One Bedroom Cabinsuite #15 Our riverfront one bedroom cabinsuite is half of a duplex. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. This suite also features a custom gas log fireplace and a full kitchen with a dining table. The private deck has a gas grill and faces the beautiful Fall River. Small Great Room Cabinsuite #13 Our one of a kind small Great Room Cabinsuite features a queen bed facing the custom gas log fireplace. A full kitchen with dinette table and a love seat are to the side of the fireplace. The separate bathroom has a shower/tub combination. This cabinsuite also has a private patio with gas grill and is located in our adults only building. Small Great Room Cabinsuite #11A & 12A Our Great Room Cabinsuites feature a king bed and love seat in front of the custom gas log fireplace. These suites have a partial kitchenette which includes a small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination with separate vanity. You can also enjoy the beautiful Fall River from your private patio which has a gas grill and patio furniture. These suites are half of a 4-plex. One Bedroom Cabinsuite #11B & 12B The living room in these cabinsuites feature a queen sofa sleeper and comfortable chair in front of a custom gas log fireplace. A queen bed is in the separate bedroom. These suites have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a separate vanity. There is also a private patio with gas grill and furniture which faces a wooded meadow setting. These suites are one half of a 4-plex. Two Bedroom Cabinsuite #14, 16 & 17 The two bedroom cabinsuites, our largest, are half of a side-by-side riverfront duplex. A queen bed is in the master bedroom and two double beds are in the second bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper and recliner in front of the custom gas log fireplace. There is also a full kitchen with a dining table. These suites offer a private deck with gas grill that faces the beautiful Fall River. |
