RiverWood condominiums include outstanding amenities to meet your every need. Our floor plans are among the largest in Estes Park. They range in size from 1,050 to 1,350 square feet of living area. Decorated in contemporary, tasteful decors, each duplex condominium features high vaulted ceilings and dramatic panoramic windows. From your deck you can watch a variety of wildlife including elk, deer, marmots and chipmunks! You can also fish for trout or just enjoy the soothing sounds of Fall River. All condominiums have great views of Castle Mountain and Old Man Mountain frames the property to the west. At RiverWood we offer three spacious condominium floor plans for you to chose from. The Phase I: two bedroom/two bath condominium has a spacious one level floor plan with riverfront decks off of the living room and master bedroom. The Phase I: two bedroom/two bath plus loft condominium features an additional loft bedroom with queen bed and a second fireplace in the master bedroom. The Phase II: two bedroom/two bath condominium is a two level floor plan with a large redwood deck overlooking Fall River. Additional features include a master bath with two person Jacuzzi Whirlpool Spa and walk-in shower. The Phase III: two bedroom/two bath condominium is a larger version of the Phase II model. RiverWood is especially well located to enjoy wildlife viewing from your deck or balcony during these quieter months. In fact, if you plan a fall vacation, you may be able to hear the elk bugling during their annual mating ritual from your deck.
