Lake Dillon Condominium Description: Luxury Summit County condo on Lake Dillon Lakefront central to Summit County activities. Ski Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. Great Views and boating on Lake Dillon. Many restaurants closer than two blocks. Privately owned. Dillon Marina, Ampitheatre, Parks in walking distance. Additional Information: New aspen log bedroom furniture, granite kitchen counters, new maple dining room set, and spacious living room.Newly remodeled clubhouse is on-site with 2 Jacuzzis and the largest pool in Dillon. For your dining pleasure, there are five great/very good restaurants within a 2 block walking distance. Private steam sauna in the condo and new aspen log furniture and mattresses in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen aspen log bed. The guest room has a bunk bed with a full, a twin and a twin trundle to accommodate 4 sleepy people. Our kitchen is fully equipped with new plates, cookware, glasses, silverware, a blender and toaster. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, 12-cup coffee maker and a new smooth-top stove. There is a laundry room in our building. Activities: Snow mobiling and Nordic skiing is also available in the surrounding National Forests. In addition to the central ski area and National Forest access, there are plenty of additional options such as ice skating, snow tubing, sleigh rides, etc which are each available at many close by sites. The Lake Dillon Hiking and Bike trail is next to our condominium so you can go around the lake and continue to Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, or to Copper Mountain and Vail. There are many off-road trails to explore by bike or on foot if you are ready to go explore the forests and mountains.
Summer Features:
We are adjacent to the Lake Dillon Marina which makes getting on a boat for fun on the lake just as easy as walking down the stairs. The Marina rents pontoon boats, sailboats, motorboats and kayaks. Watch or participate in Sailing regattas on the lake. Concerts are held at the Dillon amphitheatre and many other area activities are concurrently held. We are adjacent to the Lake Dillon Bike Trail and the surrounding National Forests are a great source of activities including mountain biking, hiking, four wheeling, horseback riding, mine tours, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, rafting, wilderness and other exploring.
