Rocky Mountain Lodge & Cabins Description:

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at the entrance to Pikes Peak sits the Rocky Mountain Lodge and Cabins, a rustic, elegant Colorado Bed and Breakfast Inn, & 2 Colorado cabins; located in Cascade, Colorado, just 6 miles west of Colorado Springs, and 5 miles west of Manitou Springs, in the historic Ute Pass.

Additional Information:

We are surrounded by mountains at the foot of Pikes Peak, one of Colorado's majestic 14,000+ foot mountains, where the song "America the Beautiful" was penned.

The Lodge was built in 1936 on 2 1/2 acres with beautiful mountain views, graced by over three hundred Spruce & Ponderosa Pine trees and surrounded by a grove of scrub oak and lilac bushes. The log Cabin, built in 1909, & stone Cottage, built in 1938, are on their on their own private property, also with mountain views, just down the street from the Lodge within walking distance.

Our Colorado Bed and Breakfast Inn has six bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a huge great room with massive rock fireplace in a true Colorado mountain getaway setting. Relax in our outdoor hot tub and take in the foothill mountains by day and western stars by night. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace or out on the terrace in the evenings while nibbling on our decadent evening dessert. And come with an appetite for our spectacular 3-course breakfast, served each morning.

For an extra special occasion such as a Romantic Getaway, Colorado Honeymoon, or an Anniversary, stay in our new Luxury Suite. The Suite has it's own sitting room, private bathroom with oversized 2 person body spray shower, whirlpool air massage tub for two, and a fireplace that has multiple sides that can be enjoyed from the sitting, room, bedroom and 2 person tub. Our signature 3 course Breakfast can be served in-suite.

The entire Lodge can also be rented for private functions such as Family Reunions, Weddings, Retreats, or Corporate Events. It's the perfect Colorado Vacation Rental Home!

The newly completed Cascade Suite (pictures coming soon), has it's own entrance, private sitting room, separate bedroom, private bathroom with a two person body spray shower, air massage whirlpool tub for two, a multi sided fireplace that can be enjoyed from the sitting room, bedroom, and jetted tub, and our famous 3 course breakfast can be served in-suite (or you may join the other guests in the dining room if you so desire). It will sleep up to 4 people.

The Colorado Cabin and Colorado Cottage are located in Cascade, Colorado, just 6 miles west of Colorado Springs, and 5 miles west of Manitou Springs, on the same street as the Lodge, within walking distance, and have beautiful mountain views. They are the perfect place for a Colorado Getaway, your Colorado Honeymoon, or Colorado Vacation. Both the Cabin and the Cottage come stocked with linens and towels, and have kitchens fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans, refrigerator, microwave, range, coffeemaker, and more.

The two bedroom Cabin, built in 1909, offers a comfortable living room with a rock fireplace and a charming knotty pine kitchen with dining area, a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, carport, and a private secluded patio to sit out and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The cabin will sleep 6-7 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a double futon on the bottom, and a twin on the top, and there's a queen sofa bed in the living room (as well as a recliner).

The Cottage, built in 1938, has a combined bedroom/sitting room suite upstairs and a kitchenette, dining area, and bathroom downstairs. The cottage will sleep up to 6 people. Downstairs is a day bed that opens to two twins, and upstairs is a queen bed and queen sofa bed.

Amenities:

All of the rooms house their own unique queen size bed and Cable tv/vcr. Choose amongst a sleigh, high post, knotty pine, aspen, and antique beds for your restful night's stay in our home away from home. Original furnishings decorate several of the rooms. Each of the bedrooms will offer you comfort with a scent of Colorado past. Modem hookups are available in each room for internet access.
