Enjoy our luxurious Breckenridge lodging ski condominium for rent. This is a skier's paradise located downtown only 250 yards from the Quicksilver Chair Lift. The Breckenridge condos are 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath condos with Amenities Galore! Hot Tub, Pool, Jacuzzi Tub, Gourmet Kitchen, & Covered Parking for wholesale prices! Remains the popular Breckenridge accommodations for over 10 years! Walking distance to the Lacima Mall and all the popular Breckenridge restaurants. Adjacent to Main Street Station, the convenience doesn't get any better.

Additional Information:

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado, THE LIFT is walking distance to the Quicksilver Chairlift, the Lacima Mall and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The free shuttle and Town Trolley are located in front of the Village at Breckenridge. An outdoor swimming pool and four hot tubs (2 inside and 2 outside) are in the Columbine Recreational Center located about 50 yards from the building. A stackable washer/dryer is located within the unit. There is covered parking for one car.

The unit sleeps six persons comfortably, but may accommodate as many as ten. There are three newly remodeled bathrooms and two bathrooms (see Floor Plan). It is designed like a suite with a main hallway that has two bedrooms and a living area. The main hallway is equipped with ski racks which provide quick and secure access to your skis. Both bedrooms are equipped with a phone, cable TV, and sliding glass doors to an outside balcony. The master bedroom has two Queen sized beds, a small table with chairs, humidifier, small refrigerator, and small microwave. The smaller bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living section has a fully equipped kitchen, including pots and pans, large microwave, crockpot and blender.

There is a formal dining area with a table that seats six. The kitchen layout resembles an open bar setup that has four barstools for informal dining. From either the kitchen or dining room you have an unobstructed view of the entertainment center. The entertainment center, located in the living room, holds a 25" color TV, VCR, and various board games. Next to the entertainment center is a wood-burning fire place. There is also a queen sofa-sleeper and trundle bed in the living room. The living section also has a newly remodeled bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Located in the living room is a door which leads to a balcony which has a charcoal grill.

Overall, the unit has a rustic atmosphere with natural wood paneled walls and comfortable furnishings. The unit has a unique theme which will excite flying enthusiasts. Since the building has a central hot water supply, there should not be a problem with guests taking simultaneous showers in the morning.

Amenities:

1. Club House:
The Clubhouse is located at the end of the cul-d-sac. There are 2 outdoor 20 man hot-tubs pictured below and a full length outdoor pool. The hot-tubs are the largest in Breckenridge. There is a locker room and shower inside as well as 2 indoor hot-tubs. An attendent is there to service you if you have any questions. No towels are provided at the clubhouse so don't forget to bring them.

2. Location:
The Lift is approximately 250 yards from the Quicksilver chairlift located on Peak 9. The Breckenridge condo is 1/2 a block away from the Breckenridge Brewery and La Cima Mall which is located on Main Street. Main Street shopping is another popular attraction. The Lift is adjacent to Main Street Station which has numerous shops, cafe's and restaurants. On your way to the chairlift, take a look at Maggies Pond and all the iceskating.

3. Covered Parking:
There is assigned parking for The Lift condominium complex. There is in-line parking for 2 cars. The first car will be covered by the building and the second car will be parked behind the first car.

4. Washer and Dryer Facilities:
In the 'A' Building, there are coin operated laundry facilities as well as additional storage lockers.
