The surprisingly cozy vacation rental boasts a meeting area on each of the upper three levels: on the second floor, a cozy den with a fireplace adjoins the Paint Horse Room, which features a private Bedroom Suite with full kitchen and eating area combined; on the third floor, a game room resembling a Mexican cantina; and on the fourth, a gourmet kitchen and large dining area seating over 22 people adjoins the large Great Room, which provides breathtaking views of the Continental Divide. Additional features include an eight person hot tub, sauna, volleyball court, horseshoes, and a campfire area, not to mention access to world-class skiing. Sweeping views of the Ten Mile Range provide a perfect setting for weddings, reunions or retreats. Each bedroom and bath is individually decorated in the old world Southwest style. Close to town for shopping and restaurants, this rental house offers spectacular views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range and Front Bowls of Peak 8 Ski Area.
