Whether you are coming to the mountains on a ski vacation or a kayaking retreat, this site has something for you!

Additional Information:

Unit W207 is a studio that comfortably sleeps 4. However, if you like feeling close, the couch folds out to a hide-a bed to
sleep 2 more. The bed is a new log bunk with a double bed, a single bunk, and a single trundle. Most studios in the building
have a Murphy bed, which we found to be too uncomfortable. You can get a better view by clicking on the picture below.

Our unit is located on the courtyard just steps from the hot tub and a few more steps to the pool. We have included many
of the amenities of home. Unit W207 has a gold rating. Be sure to ask the rating because the prices are the same.
The best values are the units with the highest ratings.

The unit has cable TV, a VCR, a Nintendo 64, and a CD/Cassette player. Rentals for the video games and movies
are locally available. Also available in the unit are a hair drier, a washer and drier, a full kitchen, and a dining area.

River Mountain Lodge is the best value in Breckenridge.

At the base of the 4 O'clock run, skiers can ski to the front door while not missing all of the apres ski that the historic mining town has to offer. Beware of the ski-in ski-out or other ski-in shuttle out locations in Breck. Most are so high up the mountain that a vehicle is required to get into town for dinner or dancing. River Mountain Lodge is at the end of the run....the only property on the run that actually touches the Blue River.

River Mountain Lodge is actually a condo-tel. All of the units are privately owned and have the home style amenities that a condominium has to offer, while still offering a 24 hour front desk with the friendliest staff in the West.

There are both indoor and outdoor public hot tubs, a swimming pool (open year round), covered parking, an exercise room, a
conference room, a public lobby with a bar and a cozy fireplace. There are public BBQ grills where families often socialize while cooking up some burgers and dogs. Resort Quest has a complete web site on River Mountain Lodge.
