The Crestwood Lodge is a renowned Snowmass Colorado lodging establishment offering you condominium comfort on the slopes of Snowmass Village at Aspen. Each of our Snowmass condominiums has its own style, as warm and unique as the family who owns it. At The Crestwood you'll enjoy breathtaking scenery and unmatched hospitality.

Additional Information:

The Crestwood is comprised of 124 condominiums ranging in size from studios to three bedroom townhouses. Each condo is privately owned, originally and tastefully decorated, offering you the enjoyment and comforts of home. At the Crestwood you will feel more than comfortable, you will feel right at home.

Snowmass Condominiums - Descriptions

All of The Crestwood's Snowmass condominiums are individually owned and decorated. Each unit has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a TV/VCR in the living room, a balcony with a gas BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture (except studios). There is a bath for every bedroom. Most units have sofa sleepers in the living room. Queen beds are standard in one of the bedrooms with additional sleeping areas offering a variety of sleeping accomodations.

STUDIO: The studio is a single room with an efficiency kitchen and a bath. Most studios DO NOT have a balcony or fireplace. This is ideal for a single or couple. Maximum occupancy is two people.

ONE BEDROOM
Recommended for a couple or a family of three. Maximum occupancy is four people.

ONE BEDROOM/LOFT
Has the same floor plan as a one-bedroom, with the addition of spacious sleeping loft containing two or three beds. There is a bath adjoining the bedroom and at least a 3/4 bath in the loft. These are ideal for a family of three to five, or two to four singles. Maximum occupancy is six people.

TWO BEDROOM:
Has the same floor plan as a one-bedroom unit, with an additional bedroom and bath. Most have a queen bed in one bedroom with the second bedroom having one or two beds. These units are nice for two couples, a family of three to five, or two to four singles. Maximum occupancy is six people.

TWO BEDROOM GRAND:
Has a larger living/dining room area than the standard two-bedroom. There are two separate bedrooms, with two or three bathrooms. This size unit is ideal for two couples, a family of three to five, or two to four singles. Maximum occupancy is six people.

TWO BEDROOM/DEN:
Has a double size living area. Half of the living area converts to a third sleeping area with a third bath. These units are ideal for three to five singles or a family of four to six. Maximum occupancy is eight people.

TWO BEDROOM/LOFT GRAND: The third sleeping area is an open loft. The third bathroom may be located on the level below the loft sleeping area. In addition, the living/dining area is larger than the standard two bedroom loft unit. These units are ideal for three to five singles or a family of four to six. Maximum occupancy is eight people.

THREE BEDROOM:
Has the same floor plan as the two bedroom with three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. This unit is recommended for three singles, three couples or a family of four to six. Maximum occupancy is eight people.

THREE BEDROOM PLUS:
This is a two story townhouse with three seperate bedrooms and three bathrooms. The plus is a fourth sleeping area on the second level or a loft above the living room. This is the largest condominium we offer and is ideal for a large family, four to six singles, three couples, or two small families. Maximum occupancy is ten people.

Snowmass Colorado Meeting Facilties

Meeting Room Specifications

You have a choice of meeting facilities at The Crestwood because we have two spacious, well appointed rooms: The Independence and Terrace. Both are efficiently designed with comfortable furnishings and decor.

Productive business meetings require more than scratch pads and ice water. At The Crestwood, you can have everything from danish and coffee to the latest visual presentation technology. Both rooms are equipped with telephone lines for your computer use.

The Terrace Room offers a contemporary environment for your meeting or banquet. At 870 square feet, it can be arranged as a classroom for up to 50 people, or in a theater setting for 90. A full banquet kitchen is at your disposal. Adjacent to this room is the Terrace Lawn, a wonderful outdoor setting for your meal or meeting functions.

The larger Independence Room, with light wood paneling, cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace, provides both a refined setting for a formal meeting, or a relaxed atmosphere for a more intimate gathering. At 1200 square feet, this room seats 85 classroom style, and 110 people theater style. All your food and beverage needs can be accommodated from the adjoining kitchen.

The Crestwood's secret is not only its magnificent setting, but an experienced staff, led by our Conference Coordinator. All your needs, from lift tickets to advance dinner reservations, to room set up, can be handled with just one call. Our skill at the art of preparing successful meetings frees you to attend to business or pleasure, while we manage the details.
