Shadowbrook Condominiums Description:

The Shadowbrook Condominiums are a family operated complex located at the base of Snowmass Mountain. Our 26 spacious condominiums border a beautiful courtyard with heated pool, hot tub, and a place for children to play in the snow. The courtyard is on the slope of Fanny Hill, which allows ski in - ski out access for a wonderful day of skiing.

Additional Information:

Each of our guests enjoys that personalized service that makes for a most memorable vacation. The person who helps you on the phone with your questions and reservations will be the same person who greets you when you check in! Shadowbrook offers the most spacious condos on Fanny Hill, but our small overall size lets us get to know each of our guests - you won't feel lost in the crowd. You'll even get to know our great housekeepers by name!

Shadowbrook offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condominiums with sleeping dens. The condos are individually owned and decorated, reflecting the owner's unique personality and style. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen that is separated from the living room by a buffet bar and dining area. Each unit also has a private deck or patio with a grill and cable TV/VCR, including HBO. Please remember that pets and smoking are not permitted in our rental condos.

Amenities include free laundry facilities, covered parking, elevators, ski storage and daily maid service.

Unit 103 - Deluxe 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeper Den
We are excited about this condo which was just renovated this Fall, 2003. Families have always loved this large condo because of its great location, and now it is even more beautiful. The kitchen and living areas are upstairs, with tile floors and area rugs. The bedrooms are downstairs, and they are carpeted. The condo is on the ground floor, so the kids can step right outside and play in the snow. Easy access to pool, hot tub, ski storage, and laundry room. Ski practically to your door. Assigned, covered parking right outside your door. Size 1,200 sq. ft. Sleeps 4-6, with two extra people allowed.

Unit 104 - Deluxe 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeper Den
Enjoy this newly remodeled mountain retreat. It is bright and cheerful and very comfortable. This is a 2-level condo at the brookside of the building. The trees outside of your window give much privacy. The kitchen and living areas are upstairs, and the bedrooms are downstairs. The condo is on the ground floor, so the kids can step right outside and play in the snow. Easy access to pool, hot tub, ski storage, and laundry room. Ski practically to your door. Assigned, covered parking right outside your door. Size 1,200 sq. ft. Sleeps 4-6, with two extra people allowed.

Unit 205 - Deluxe 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeper Den
This one level condo is designed with a very unique decor. The built-in cabinetry in all the rooms is covered in exotic colored wood veneers. This is an excellent condo for 2 or three couples to share, as it has two identical master bedrooms, a Queen Murphy bed in the den and a sophisticated atmosphere. The two master bathrooms have glass-doored showers and bidets, while the den bathroom has a full bathtub. The condo sits at the brookside end of the building, with the trees outside of your windows offering much privacy. Size 1,200 sq. ft. Sleeps 4-6, with one extra person allowed.

Unit 301 - Deluxe 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath
This is a beautiful condo with large open living space. The owners creatively renovated this condo, removing one bathroom to create a huge living room. The fireplace sits in the corner of the living room, with sliding glass doors leading out to balconies on both sides. You can sit outside and watch the skiers glide right beneath you on Fanny Hill. The fun decor makes you feel right at home. Size 1,200 sq. ft. Sleeps 4-6, with two extra people allowed.

Unit 402 - Standard 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeper Den
This is one of our most requested condos due to its fabulous location and ample sleeping possibilities. From this ground floor condo you can slip into your skies, step right onto Fanny Hill, and ski to the lift. The pool and courtyard are right outside your door, so the kids have easy access to playing in the snow and swimming. (Mom and dad also have easy access to the hot tub!) Size 1,200 sq. ft. Sleeps 4-6, with two extra people allowed.

This lovely condo was purchased by new owners last year who are excited about redecorating it in their personal style. It has brand new beds and bedding, and the furniture is in the process of changing too. Keep your eye open for new photos here as the updating is completed. The photos here reflect the past decor. It is a very nice home-away- from-home. The rich oak cabinetry and handy built-ins create a warm, cozy atmosphere. From this ground floor condo, you can slip into your skies, step right onto Fanny Hill, and ski to the lift. This is a very popular condo for families due to it's fabulous location and ample sleeping possibilities. The only reason it is classified as Economy is due to its dated furnishings and decor. The carpeting is brand new, and the condo is roomy and comfortable. From this ground floor condo, you can slip into your skies, step right onto Fanny Hill, and ski to the lift. This beautiful 3 bedroom condo is decorated in true western style. The trees outside of your window give much privacy. You will feel like you are in your own private mountain retreat. The kitchen, living areas and 2 bedrooms are upstairs, and a third bedroom and sleeper den are downstairs. The condo is on the ground floor, so the kids can step right outside and play in the snow. Easy access to pool, hot tub, ski storage, and laundry room. Assigned, covered parking right outside your door. Size 2,000 sq. ft. Sleeps 6-8, with two extra people allowed.

Unit 406 - Premiere 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeper Den
We are excited to see the results of the remodel that is underway this Fall, 2003. This condo is being totally renovated, and sounds like it will be just beautiful. (The photos here are pre-renovation.) Upstairs there will be a large, open living area, kitchen and dining room and two bedrooms. This corner condo has an extra balcony overlooking the stream, and the extra windows bring in wonderful light. Downstairs is being converted into 2 bedrooms that will share a bathroom and double vanity. We are enjoying looking in on the construction progress every day. Watch for new photos late fall. We are excited to add this premiere condo to our rental list this year. Its beautiful mountain decor and wonderful views make it just the place for that perfect skiing experience. The rich tones and warm textures create a warm setting for enjoying a glass of après ski wine by the fire. A family of 4 would feel right at home here. Create an additional private, comfortable space to add another couple by using the Queen Murphy bed in the beautiful den. Unit 503/4 - Standard 4 Bedroom, 6 Bath, Sleeper Den
What a wonderful condo! The owners transformed two condos into one creating a huge, wonderful vacation home for a group of friends or families. There is a large kitchen and dining room, a large den area, and another large living room with wet bar. A giant balcony spans the width of "both" condos. There are 4 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. The center area closes off to create another sleeping area. You just have to see it to appreciate it! Twelve folks could have their own beds. This is a very popular condo, so act fast! Size 2,400 sq. ft. Sleeps 9-11, with three extra people allowed.

This lovely condo is decorated in a country style. Families love it due to it's charm and ample sleeping possibilities. Families request it year after year as they make happy memories there. Nestled in the courtyard trees, you have the feeling of staying in a cottage in the woods. Size 1,200 sq. ft. Sleeps 4-6, with one extra person allowed.

This unit was just totally renovated, and the owners have decided to share their beautiful new condo with us. New to the rental pool this year, this condo is sure to be a popular choice. Hardwood floors and granite counter tops add to the elegance of the living space. New bedding and upholstery are on their way, so watch for updated photos. This corner condo has a second balcony overlooking the brook. The extra windows bring in wonderful light, while the trees outside offer privacy. For extra sleeping flexibility in addition to the sleeper den, each bedroom has a loveseat that opens up into a regular twin bed.
