Aspenwood Condominiums Description: Aspenwood Condominiums in the Aspen Snowmass area offers affordable lodging, just a minute walk from some of the world's best skiing, hiking and fishing. Aspen and Snowmass are the best Colorado vacation areas for family groups.Additional Information: The Aspenwood Condominiums are located just steps from the Snowmass Mountain ski slopes and only two levels above the Snowmass Village Mall. We have studios, studio/lofts, 1-bedroom, 2 bedroom and 2-bedroom/loft condominiums. In the center of the property is a heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Aspenwood Studios A studio is generally one large open room comprising 465 square feet. There is a small, but fully equipped kitchen, a dining room area, a queen size bed, and a living area. In the living area there is a pullout couch, a coffee table, TV and VCR and a gas fireplace. Some units have enclosed the bed, offering some privacy. Also, some condominiums have two twin beds instead of a pullout couch. Perfect for teenagers that do not wish to share a bed! Aspenwood Studio / Loft A studio / loft is generally one large, open room comprising 465 square feet. There is a small, but fully equipped kitchen, a dining room area, a queen size bed, and a living area. In the living area there is a pullout couch, a coffee table, TV and VCR and a gas fireplace. Studio / lofts occupy the top floors and consequently have cathedral ceilings. In the point of the ceiling, there is a sleeping loft with generally two beds. It is about 100 additional square feet. These are are not real tall and have been designed primarily for children. They are visually open to the downstairs area and offer no privacy. These areas are fine for sleeping, but are difficult for an adult to fully extend in to change their clothes. Aspenwood One-bedroom / Two Bath Our one-bedroom condominium has two bathrooms and a fully enclosed bedroom with queen-size bed. This unit has a spacious kitchen with kitchen bar and chairs. The dining area supports a generous dining table and 4 chairs. The living room area has a pull down full murphy bed and a queen-size pullout couch, coffee table, TV & VCR, and an upgraded gas fireplace. Aspenwood Two-Bedroom / Two Bath Our two-bedroom / two bath condominiums are about 930 square feet. These units are more spacious and offer some privacy. The master bedroom has either a king or queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen area is fully equipped. There is a generous dining table with at least 4 chairs. The living room includes a queen-size pullout couch, coffee table, TV and VCR, and a gas fireplace. Aspenwood Two-Bedroom / Two Bath + Loft These units are just like our two bedroom units which is about 930 square feet, except they have a 100 square foot loft area. The master bedroom has either a king or queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen area is fully equipped. There is a generous dining table with at least 4 chairs. The living room includes a queen-size pullout couch, coffee table, TV and VCR, and a gas fireplace. These units occupy the top floors and consequently have cathedral ceilings. Season Four One-Bedroom / One Bath Condominium Below the Snowmass Village Center is the Seasons Four Complex. This unit is about 1/4 mile from the ski hills. It generally requires taking the free shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes to get to the lifts. One could drive and park very easily as well. This is a very attractive unit and attractively priced! As one walks in there is an entry way with a long bench to take ski boots on and off, plus a washer and dryer. A very spacious living room offers a queen-size pullout couch, coffee table, and a wood-burning fireplace. This area wraps around to the dining area, which is bright and cheery, for it sits in front of the patio door and small balcony. The dining area also wraps around to a very spacious and well-appointed kitchen. There is an enclosed bedroom with a queen bed and a separate full bathroom. Amenities: All units have a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, Color TV and VCR, phone with modem jack, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers. Our kitchens all have the pots and pans needed to make lasagna (heaven forbid that you should want to while on vacation!) We provide dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. All linens are provided, as well. Ski storage is offered outside most unit. Outdoor grills are conveniently located. Maid service is offered daily and there is a courtesy shuttle to the Aspen airport during office hours. Additionally, there are washers and dryers on premise. |
