1,300 sq. ft. of modern living in a two bedroom, plus loft, penthouse on the Benchlands, right on Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler!

Enjoy your stay in a 1,300 sq. ft., two story, 2 bedroom + loft, penthouse condominium located in the Benchlands, right on Blackcomb Mountain. It is 200 yards to the Wizard Ski Run on Blackcomb Mountain, with a ski-out trail right to your condo. It very comfortably sleeps 8.

Your penthouse apartment has an open style living room/dining room with spiral staircase to the loft, brand new carpeting throughout, beautiful art in every room and a Roof Deck with Hot Tub.

The Living Room & Dining Room has 20 ft cathedral ceilings, fireplace, entrance to the balcony, leather furniture, TV., VCR, stereo CD/Cassette, and lots of windows with views to the mountains and forests. We will provide a decorated Christmas tree for the Christmas Season if desired. The dining area seats six comfortably, plus stools to access the kitchen/bar area. Dine in front of the cozy fire, while admiring the snow covered forests.

The fully equipped open Kitchen includes dishwasher, garburator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, fridge and stove, with lots of room for more than one chef and lots of cupboard space.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom (relax in the jacuzzi tub), lots of closet space, patio doors to the balcony and a fireplace to cuddle up to.

The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, lots of closet space and gorgeous views. 2nd full bathroom just down the hall.

Escape up the spiral staircase to the Loft, which has a Whistler Bunk Bed (queen bed w/ single on top), another single bed , lots of closets and its own two piece bathroom.

Complimentary champagne & welcome basket, including coffee for your first morning.
Washer/dryer in a separate room right in your condo. (There are additional towels, bedding, etc. in the closet for your use.)
Hair Dryer, Iron, & Ironing Board in suite.
Cable TV (20 stations) as well as a selection of CD's and VCR movies stocked in your unit.
Extensive original Canadian Art throughout the unit as well as a large mask collection from around the world.
Underground parking for two cars, as well as ski and bicycle lockers , are assigned to your unit.
Steps from Valley Trail which makes taking Fido for a walk very easy.

Common Areas, include Roof Deck with Hot Tub, and Underground Visitor Parking.

Your suite is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. ( The suite is stocked with cleaning supplies, vacuum etc.)

Location in Whistler

Our Powderhorn location is considered to be a "ski-in, ski-out" property. It is a 2 minute walk to the ski-hill and a ski-out run to the condo. It is a 10 minute walk to Whistler Village along a beautiful pedestrian trail. The free shuttle bus stops in front of PowderHorn every 20 minutes and it will take you to Blackcomb and Whistler in less than 4 minutes. As you can see, it is not really necessary to have a car here.

Suite 268 - Aspens

900 sq. ft. of modern living in a two bedroom true ski in/out apartment on the Benchlands, right on Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler!

The only things between you and the slopes are 2 hot tubs and a swimming pool! Located next to the Chateau Whistler on Blackcomb, this 900 sq ft 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is a true ski in/out property . When you are not skiing you can sit in front of your fireplace or on the large balcony and watch the skiers go by or you could go to the gymnasium for some exercise. Or, you could just hop into one of the hot tubs and watch the world go by.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom has 2 double beds with an adjoining full bathroom and a modern double shower. The couch in the living room folds out into a double bed.

The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare great meals.

The owners (Gordon Proulx & Linda Park) are full time Whistler residents. We can also provide you with discounted lift tickets as well as various discounts on clothing, meals and rentals in Whistler.
