Whistler Bed and Breakfast - Chalet Luise Whistler Description: Chalet Luise a Whistler Bed and Breakfast offers clean and comfortable Whistler B&B accommodations, located a short walk to the Village, ski lifts, cross-country ski trails and amenities.Additional Information: Chalet Luise is a clean and comfortable B&B Inn, with an official Canada Select 4 Star rating, offering quality European style accommodation. It is centrally located and only a short walk to Whistler Village and all of Whistler's attractions. Chalet Luise prides itself for the quiet and relaxing atmosphere it provides to it's guests.We have 8 beautifully appointed rooms, some with fireplaces, all with private bathrooms and hand-crafted pine furniture. Enjoy the cozy Swiss style fireside lounge area and breakfast room where you will be served delicious hearty breakfasts with many homemade specialities from mixed berry waffles to our famous apple pancakes and eggs benedict. We offer a self-service coffee bar area where guests can help themselves to complimentary tea, coffee & homemade cakes and cookies. There is a large TV/VCR in the comfortable fireside guest lounge area. Outside Chalet Luise the garden and building is adorned with colourful summer flowers. There is a secluded private patio area and garden at the rear of the building and a separate jacuzzi building to relax and enjoy. Guests can also use our Sauna inside the house. A coin laundry room is available. Adequate free off-street parking is provided for guests arriving by car. Your Innkeeper, Lisa Huber, speaks several languages and will be able to give you that "home from home" feeling. All our rooms are beautifully appointed, some with fireplaces, all with private bathrooms and hand-crafted pine furniture. Enjoy the cosy style fireside lounge area and dining room with ample seating for 24 people. We have a convenient self-service coffee bar area next to the fireside guest lounge area which has TV/VCR and cable television. Outside Chalet Luise, the garden and building is adorned with colourful summer flowers. There are a number of decks all over the property and there is a secluded private patio area and garden at the rear of the property with a separate jacuzzi building to relax and enjoy. Guests can also take advantage of the Sauna inside the house. Adequate free off-street parking is provided for guests arriving by car. The property has a public telephone accepting incoming and outgoing calls and includes internet access possibilities. We are the largest, legally zoned tourist accommodation property in Whistler offering such chalet services. For decades, skiers and winter sports enthusiasts have followed the spectacularly beautiful route to Whistler, consistently rated the number one ski resort in North America. Now the Sea-to-Sky region is as popular with golfers as it is with the toque and goggles set.
Golfers are welcomed to Whistler by their first views of the Whistler Golf Club. Fittingly, the first championship course in the area was designed by Arnold Palmer, the King of Golf himself. His beautiful design that opened in 1982 has since been joined by three courses designed by three of the world's leading golf architects turning Whistler into a golfer's mecca that has no equal.
In 1993, on the benchlands at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, Robert Trent Jones Jr. created an alpine masterpiece. The Chateau Whistler Golf Club was immediately recognized as the best new course in Canada by the golf world's bible, Golf Digest Magazine.
The following year, 25 minutes north of Whistler at Pemberton, award-winning architect, Bob Cupp's Big Sky Golf and Country Club was the runner- up for the prestigious honour.
To make the remarkable foursome complete, the Golf Digest recognized Nicklaus North Golf Course as the Best New Canadian Course in 1996. The addition of the only course in the world to bear the name of the finest golfer the game has known, Jack Nicklaus, confirmed the Sea-to-Sky region as one of the finest golf destinations in the world.

With two mountains as a backdrop, this Resort is quite a sight. Visitors will revel in the charm of Whistler's enchanting pedestrian-only Village, alive with festive entertainment, intriguing shops and cozy bistros.
After an invigorating day of skiing or sightseeing, visitors can explore Whistler's unique pedestrian-only Village and browse through a multitude of shops and boutiques; take in the Resort's culinary offerings; relax in intimate lounges or dance the night away in a high-energy night club; and then retire to the inviting comforts of Whistler's many hotels and lodges.
Meander through the cobbled pathways of Whistler Village. Native Indian art, locally made jewellery, the latest in high fashion apparel, and of course that souvenir sweatshirt, are some of the items available at more than 150 shops in the Resort.
More than 90 restaurants throughout the Resort serve everything from rack of lamb and spicy Thai cuisine to sushi and traditional North American fare. And both Mountains offer gourmet mountaintop dining, from hearty early morning breakfasts to special evening functions and themed events. Whether its for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, guests can choose from casual pub meals to formal dining, from cozy bistros to family restaurant.
