This is one dude ranch where you can ride to your heart's content, explore trails through the woods, crisscross the plateau or wander along a riverbank. How you spend your day is up to you. But no matter what you choose, you'll have the time of your life.

The Three Bars Lodge.
Three Bars was created as a guest ranch. Designed to give our guest the utmost in comfort, amenities and relaxation. The lodge is the focal point of Three Bars, with private cabins arranged around a large manicured lawn. It's the perfect place to leave the trail dust behind and enjoy this first class resort.

Cabins.
Our spacious cabins
emphasize comfort, relaxation and never skimping on amenities like hand hewn log furniture, cozy quilts, full baths, a seating area and of course, a front porch. Cabins sleep 2-4 persons and our larger, Family cabins provide a separate sleeping area plus two baths.
It's a spectacular log building and houses the dining room, saloon and recreation lounge. You won't find video games. Instead, you'll find a pool table, board games and cards. But mostly, guests come into the lodge to relax before dinner, share a drink and, of course, stories of the day's exploits. Whether it's sipping ice tea on the porch taking in a Bocci Ball game on the lawn, or talking about the one that got away in the saloon, Three Bars Lodge is a terrific place to relax and converse.

Activities:

Ride to your heart's content. Grab your fly gear and hit the St. Mary river. Join a rafting trip for the afternoon. Take a long hike and enjoy the scenery. Try 18 holes at one of the local golf courses. Play Bocce Ball or Volleyball on our huge lawn. Or jump in our pool for a refreshing dip before dinner. Or go sightseeing; there are lots of interesting places to see and visit within an few hour's drive from Three Bars. There's Plenty for the Kids to Do Too. The Three Bars Ranch Kids Program is designed for children from 5 to 12 years of age and focuses on horses and the overall outdoor experience. Our wrangler kid's counselors will keep your child busy and having fun—riding, hiking, swimming, art projects and kid stuff like catching frogs and horse face painting. The kid's horse program is designed to engage young minds and interest levels. They will spend time learning about the basic care of horses and improving their riding ability. We find that our arena lessons and games on horseback are better suited to 5- and 6-year-old's abilities and attention spans. Plus, the arena allows us better opportunities for one-on-one attention while they're on horseback. Kids aged 7 to 12 are welcome to trail ride with the organized kid's rides or to join the family. The Kids Program is not mandatory—if they would prefer spending the entire stay with your family the are welcome to do so. Kids eat meals with parents at breakfast and lunch. At dinnertime we offer a kid's menu at 6:00 or they can wait and eat with the adults at 6:30. After kid's dinnertime our kid's wranglers will keep them occupied while the adults dine.
