Additional Information: The individually hand crafted guest house is located on an 11 acre magnificent and unspoiled waterfront property on the banks of Slocan River 8 km from Slocan Lake and 60 km from Nelson. The Slocan Valley is surrounded by the spectacular ranges of Valhalla and Selkirk Mountains.
The exceptional guest house combines Canadian wood building with a cosy European style interior. It offers all amenities for four persons: a comfortable living-dining room with the warm atmosphere of a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a large 4-piece bathroom, two bedrooms, one with two extra long twin beds and one with a double bed. Outside you will find a large deck with a picnic table, deck-chairs, a hammock, and a fireplace, as well as a badminton playground and trampoline. Bicycles are free to use at your convenience.

From here you can explore the fascinating mountain areas of Valhalla and Kokanee Glacier Provincial Parks with their glaciers, canyons, alpine flower meadows, crystal clear creeks and their variety of wildlife. And after an eventful day you might want to relax in the sauna at the river bank where you can revitalise your energy under the wing of nature.
Your English and German speaking hosts, who live on the same property, will be happy to provide you with information about the area, including outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, bicycling, horseback riding, golfing, fishing, sightseeing, ghost towns, historic remains, hot springs, art galleries, local farmers and markets and events.
