Our 4-season property offers seasonal swimming pool and hot tub, ski in and ski out facilities, access to world-class golf courses, hiking, mountain biking and many other outdoor recreational activities. Our Rocky Mountain hotel is steps from the Kimberley Alpine Resort and is a perfect location for your British Columbia ski and golf vacations.Additional Information: Nestled at the base of the Purcells with a spectacular view of the Rockies is the Purcell-Rocky Mountain Condo Hotel. A relaxing getaway with exceptional recreational opportunities at your doorstep. In winter our ski in ski out area is the quickest way to the quad chair located at the base of the newly improved Kimberley Alpine Resort (KAR). In winter the KAR offers great terrain and consistent snow conditions for skiers and boarders. The cross country trails, which are lit in the evening are located a mere two minutes away. In the summer, KAR offers a scenic ride up the quad chair with a lunch at the Kootenay House located on the mountain. Also, guests may take their mountain bikes on the quad chair and ride the many marked trails. Trickle Creek Golf Resort is just around the corner from Purcell-Rocky Mountain. The Kimberley Golf Club & St.Eugene Mission Golf Resort are just a short drive away. The new and spectacular 27-hole Bootleg Gap Golf Course, scheduled to open in July of 2002 is a 10-minute drive. Hiking, biking, riding on the Barvarian Railway, nature trail walking, visting Cominco Gardens, scenic adventures & cultural touring, are among many of the activities available in the Kimberley area. The Platzl in downtown Kimberley is an ideal area in which to shop and dine. Kimberley Golf Club -- Kimberley's original course is located high above the St. Mary River and winds through a forest of ponderosa pines.
Bootleg Gap Golf Course -- This new and spectacular 27-hole championship course, situated on the banks of the St. Mary River, opened July 2002.
St. Eugene Mission Golf Resort -- This scenic course which opened four years ago, was selected as the third best new Canadian Course for 2001 by Golf Digest Magazine. Casino of the Rockies is located adjacent to the golf course.
