Big White Ski Resort Condos Description: Your choice of two luxury condos at Big White Ski Resort, British Colombia, Canada. Either a 2 bedroom at 7 South Point or a 3 bedroom at 28 Timber Ridge. Both our condos are luxury, ski-in / ski-out, fully furnished and equipped for your holiday. Additional Information: 7 SOUTH POINTOur luxury 2 bed condo in the new SouthPoint Mountain Homes development is ideally situated for your ski or snowboard holiday! We are located in Gondola Woods at Happy Valley, just a few minutes walk from the Happy Valley Day Lodge and the Gondola Base Station. Happy Valley is the home to all these other winter activities: Mega Snow Coaster, Ice Rink for both general skating and hockey, Cross-country ski trails, Snow-shoeing, Ski-doo tours and Mini-Ski-doo's for the kids! The Happy Valley Day Lodge has restaurants, cafeterias, a licenced bar and a gift shop. During the evening the resort organises all sorts of indoor activities here for you. With ski out access via our Skiers Archway to the Gondola you'll be on the slopes in moments. Ski back from the Village via the Skiers Bridge or from the Black Forest via Gondola Way. You can also walk back from the village - it's just a 5 mins downhill walk. Brief description and facilities: 7 SouthPoint is an airy and spacious 2 bedroom condo with vaulted wood ceilings, huge picture windows and a floor area of 1467sq ft. There is a private deck with Hot Tub. Access to the condo is via a covered hallway to the front door. Once inside there is an internal door to the garage, a bench and a closet for your outdoor clothing. The single flight of stairs takes you up to the living accommodation. On the South side of the condo is the 'Great Room' which is, naturally, south facing with large picture windows and lovely views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with island, bar and bar stools. The seating area is around the stone-surround gas fireplace and TV / DVD / stereo. Also here is the dining area and access to the deck and Hot Tub. On the North-facing side of the condo is the laundry center (washing machine and tumble dryer), main and en-suite bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms, both with built in cupboards and window seats. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the other a King bed and en-suite bathroom with steam shower. We have lovely views to the South from our large picture windows and deck. Nearest to us, we look out at the trees and skirun to the Gondola base station and further afield towards the Monashee Mountains. 28 TIMBER RIDGE This luxury 3 bedroom condominium, built in 2000, must be one of the best in the expanding Ski Resort of Big White, offering: (Suite 28 is the far, lower unit in this picture) Luxury accommodation for up to 9 guests The ultimate Ski In and Ski Out access Unrivalled views over Big White village and the Monashee mountains Large, South Facing Deck with 5-6 person Hot Tub Private Heated Garage for 2 vehicles, with covered access to Front Door. Timber Ridge was built in 2 Phases. Phase 1 (16 units) was built in Summer 1999, and consisted entirely of 2 Bedroom Condominiums. Phase 2 (12 units) was built in Summer 2000, with some Condominiums having 3 Bedrooms. Suite 28 is the most westerly, lower unit of Phase 2, and has 3 Bedrooms. Mountain Realty of Big White have details of any units for sale at Timber Ridge and many other Big White properties. Timber Ridge is a 10-15 minute walk (depending on direction, weather and energy!) to the Village Centre, where there are numerous Restaurants and Bars, the small Supermarket, ATM, and the administrative facilities [Ski School, Ski Hire etc.] Amenities: Hot TubOur 5/6 person Hot Tub is ready for you to relax in ! It is very simple to operate and maintained on a regular basis by MajorDomo Property Services at Big White. Great Room The Great Room is spacious and equipped with a TV, VCR (NTSC) and Stereo system. Videos can be rented in the village - or bring your own favourites ! Telephones The phone is in the Great Room - all local calls are free. You'll find additional phone points in almost every room - ideal for your laptop computer. Kitchen You'll find everything you need in the well equipped Kitchen. There's lots of storage space and a wine rack. Major Appliances include: Range (Cooker), Microwave, Refrigerator with inbuilt Freezer compartment and Dishwasher. Minor Appliances include: Kettle, Coffee Maker and Toaster. Pots and Pans: A full set of Saucepans and Frying pans should meet all your requirements. Utensils : 12 full Place Settings of crockery, cutlery and glasses. A wide range of cooking utensils from wooden spoons to a corkscrew ... Washer/Dryer A full size stacking washer/dryer is located in the walk-in cupboard adjacent to the Master bedroom. Master Bathroom In the Master Bathroom you'll find the height of luxury in the shower room - a Steam Bath unit - giving a fully enclosed Steam Room. Bring your aromatherapy oils and relax at the end of the day - will soothe any tired muscles after your days skiing! Safety All the Timber Ridge condos have a Fire Alarm and Sprinkler system installed, and there is a Fire Extinquisher in the Kitchen. |
