This Banff bed and breakfast is located in a lovely residential neighborhood at the foot of Sulphur Mountain. From the patio, you will enjoy beautiful mountain views, while resting from a day of sightseeing in Banff National Park.
Haus Edelweiss is located in a very nice upper class residential neighborhood on the foot of Sulphur-Mountain. From the patio you can enjoy beautiful mountain views, while resting from a day of sight seeing in the majestic Canadian Rocky Mountains in Banff National Park.
Amenities: We have good sized rooms to offer you, featuring two beds or queen size bed, CCTV, priv. ensuite bath with tub. During our high season, enjoy our big continental breakfast (Muffins, O.J., Fruit, Cereal, Coffee/Tea, Toast) in the friendly and cozy breakfast-room or weather permitting on the patio with gorgeous mountain views and maybe some elks visiting. Breakfast is not served during the low season, but there is a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave at your disposal.

Enjoy beautiful strolls along the Bow-River, to the near by
Bow Falls or Cascade Gardens. Take a tour through the famous
Banff-Springs-Hotel or a ride up to Sulphur Mountain with breathtaking views. Ride a horse for a hour or two or take a boat trip for an afternoon across Lake Minnewanka, combined with some fishing. Rent a mountain bike to work off those gained holiday pounds or if you like it a bit more extreme take a white water raft-trip down the Kicking Horse River through the spectacular Yoho Park.
Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are only 1hrs drive away-Kootenay National Park invites you for beautiful hikes, maybe you'll see a black bear endulging in some dandy lion fields.
