At our mid-mountain area, Silver Lake, we offer the elegant Stein Eriksen Lodge, The Chateaux, Black Bear Lodge and the air-conditioned meeting space of the Royal Plaza Conference Room, in addition to meeting space in our own Empire Canyon and Silver Lake lodges. The Chateaux at Silver Lake is an elegant condominium hotel property located mid-mountain at the Resort in the heart of Silver Lake Village. The property includes 160 units with rooms ranging in size from two- to four-bedrooms as well as lockoff capabilities enabling the creation of hotel rooms, studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. The Chateaux includes 10,000 square feet of meeting space spanning numerous rooms including a 6,627 square-foot Grand Ballroom that can be divided into three smaller ballrooms and the richly appointed Board Room. On-site amenities include a large lobby bell and concierge services Bistro Toujours, a fine dining restaurant and lounge outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and more. The Chateaux is nestled in Silver Lake Village which offers shops, boutiques, restaurants, and is adjacent to Deer Valley's mid-mountain mountain biking, hiking and scenic chairlift ride operation.
The Lodges at Deer Valley is a completely inclusive condominium hotel and conference center located near Deer Valley Resort's base area at Snow Park Lodge, within walking distance of the Lodge, the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater and the Silver Lake Express chairlift summer operation. Staying at The Lodges allows groups the convenience of having their luxury accommodations, meeting space and conference center all in one building. The Lodges at Deer Valley features 7,000 square feet of meeting space offered in five rooms ranging in size from 512 to 2,400 square feet. The rooms host groups ranging in size from an intimate board meeting of a dozen to theater-style audiences of up to 288 guests. The Stein Eriksen Lodge at Deer Valley's mid-mountain area features a 4,340 square-foot day spa with nine treatment rooms, a pool, a fitness room and separate steam, sauna and spa rooms for men and women. Services and treatments include massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, body waxing and wellness treatments like the soothing stone treatment or mountain spice body facial. The Spa adds a great amenity to any meeting and convention guest in the Deer Valley area. The elegant Stein Eriksen Lodge, with 170 guest rooms, boasts a 20,000 square-foot conference facility featuring a 4,000 square-foot ballroom, 1,600 square feet of pre-function space and a 4,000 square-foot outdoor plaza terrace. The facility can accommodate up to 440 guests.
Trail's End Lodge, also conveniently located adjacent to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge, caters to groups of 30 or less. Trail's End Lodge houses 15 slopeside condominiums with a total of 27 bedrooms, each designed as a master suite with a private hot tub on the deck.
