LOCATION:
Panorama is located in the province of British Columbia framed by the Canadian Rocky Mountains and ancient Purcell mountain range. The resort is two hours southwest of Banff and three hours west of Calgary by car. (Daily express airport shuttle service is available from Calgary International Airport to Panorama via Banff).

SKIING & BOARDING:
Panorama features over 4,000 vertical feet and 2,847 patrolled acres of beginner, intermediate and expert terrain accessed via 9 lifts. Skiers and boarders won’t want to miss Panorama’s newest and largest terrain expansion ever - Taynton Bowl. Formerly exclusive heli-skiing terrain Taynton Bowl is now lift-accessed backcountry style skiing incorporated into Panorama’s official boundary. Panorama offers over 100 trails in addition to bowls, the Extreme Dream Zone, ShowZone Terrain Park including a FIS regulation half pipe, and a mini jib park. The ski season runs early December through late April and averages 447 cm (187 inches) of natural snow, with snowmaking capabilities.
ACCOMMODATION:
To simplify the decision-making process Panorama offers lodging for 1,500 in ski-in/ski-out units categorized as super-premium – “Platinum,” premium – “Gold,” value-priced – “Silver” and budget-oriented – “Bronze.” All accommodation options allow access to the Panorama Springs Hot Pools.
PLATINUM Level Lodgings
These luxury townhomes feature designer finishes, full kitchens, ski-in/ski-out, golf-in/golf-out access and a private deck complete with hot tub, gas barbeque and breathtaking mountain views.
GOLD Level Lodgings
These exquisitely designed one and two- bedroom units feature full kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves; and living areas complete with TV, telephone, balcony and fireplace.
SILVER Level Lodgings
These original, value-orientated family-style accommodations are located in the lower village within walking distance to the Village Gondola. They feature full kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves; and family areas with TV, VCR, telephone and balcony.
BRONZE Level Lodgings
This budget-oriented lodging features ski-in/ski-out rooms with full bath, TV and phone. Hotel amenities include a sauna and outdoor hot tub.
General Information
MEETING FACILITIES:
Panorama is equipped to accommodate conferences and retreats for groups of up to 300 (indoors). Summer outdoor events can be as large as 1,500 guests or more, if utilizing off-mountain lodging.
Fireside Room
Located in the upper village, the Fireside Room is the ideal location for small receptions of up to 30 people. It features a large stone fireplace, built-in wet bar and TV.
Conrad Kain Boardroom
Named for the most famous mountain climber of the region, this boardroom can accommodate 18 people around the table.
Copper Crown Room Able to accommodate 200+ people theatre-style, the Copper Crown is located in the upper village. The room can be divided into two rooms for breakout sessions.
The Great Hall
This big, bright hall accommodates up to 300 people and is perfect for wedding receptions, parties, dances or larger meetings. It is located at the base of the mountain with a great view of the hill. Venues such as the Starbird Steakhouse, T-Bar & Grill, Toby Creek Dining Room and Greywolf Clubhouse can handle between 50 and 150 guests for weddings, reunions or special events.
GREYWOLF GOLF COURSE:
Designed by acclaimed Canadian golf course architect Doug Carrick, Greywolf Golf Course is an 18-hole course offering spectacular mountain vistas from every hole. Golf Digest inaugurated Greywolf as the Best New Canadian Golf Course of 1999. Greywolf runs a 151-day schedule and is open from early May to early October. For higher quality play tee times are spaced at 10-minute intervals (240/day).
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Winter Heli-skiing, snowmobiling, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, Halfpipe Nights in the Showzone Terrain Park, Winter Wonderland Nights, horse-drawn wagon rides and chili cook-outs.
Summer Hiking and Biking via the Mile One Quad chair and Valley Trail, horseback riding, fishing, rafting, tennis, jeep tours, Panorama Springs water park and slides, swimming, sunning and water sports on Lake Windermere.
Howling Wolf Mini Golf Course has 18 holes modeled after the award winning Greywolf Golf Course.
Invermere offers great restaurants, shops and a famous arts scene.
Year-Round Panorama Springs Hot Pools, massage, Radium Hot Springs, wildlife viewing.
GUEST SERVICES:
Baby-sitting, daycare services, kid nights and teen nights, family events, entertainment and specialty tours (excursions include day trips to Kimberly, Fernie, Lake Louise/Banff and Kicking Horse as well as dinner trips to Invermere.)
PACKAGES:
In a class all of its own, Panorama proudly offers unlimited skiing with all winter packages and kids stay free. An array of packages are available including $189 per person for 3 nights in bronze accommodation and unlimited skiing. *Kids under eight stay free when sharing with two adults.
