The Forest Neighborhood
Nestled in the woods, these townhomes, private homes and condominiums are a quick and free shuttle ride to the rest of the resort's villages and activities.

Keystone Village
Encompassing the AAA Four-DiamondTM Keystone Lodge and a 5-acre ice skating rink, Keystone Village is the perfect hub for active families, couples or 20-somethings with restaurants, shops, the Keystone Fitness Center and the Adventure Center.

Aspen Ridge
Situated at the base of a ridge surrounded by aspens and lodgepole pines, these condos are the perfect place for anyone who wants to be close to the Keystone Village and Conference Center. 

Mountain House
As the resort's second base area, the Mountain House bustles with skiers and snowboarders in the winter. 

Mountain View
The Mountain View neighborhood provides spectacular views of Keystone Mountain and the surrounding peaks. Situated in the center of the resort, this area is home to The Inn at Keystone, condominiums and several bars and restaurants.

River Run
With coffee shops, art galleries, new condominiums and several restaurants, the community of River Run is a bustling hub of the resort. Ski Tip
At the heart of the Ski Tip neighborhood is the Ski Tip Lodge, an 1880s stagecoach stop. A neighborhood of luxurious townhomes now surrounds the historic and charming lodge, which is still a bed-and-breakfast and gourmet restaurant.
