Service at it's Best
One of the many reasons Aspen/Snowmass is set apart from other destinations, is our philosophy on guest service. We establish personal relationships with our customers, offering them consistently flawless service, strive to keep them happy and expect them to come back for more. To provide the premier, unmatched experience, excellent guest service begins with the very first contact and continues every step along the way. Here's how we achieve it:
Ambassadors
Approximately 125 volunteer community members make up a unique organization of Ambassadors, whose number one priority is to make guests feel at home on Aspen/ Snowmass mountains. Outfitted in easily recognizable blue RLX Polo Sport uniforms, Ambassadors greet skiers and riders in the morning to provide directions, trail maps and grooming reports. Over a cup of freshly brewed coffee, these local experts can discuss with you the strategies of the day. Ambassadors also lead free mountain tours, ensuring up-close-and-personal experiences on the slopes. Tours leave from the On-Mountain Guest Service Centers at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. daily. And at day's end, Ambassadors point guests to the hottest après spots, give directions to free, intermountain shuttles and offer insiders' advice on restaurants and nightlife.
Concierge Service
Located at the Two Creeks base lodge in Snowmass, Aspen/Snowmass' one-of-a-kind Concierge Services staff arranges everything from dinner reservations to spa treatments for any guest that requests them. An e-concierge service has been established to allow guests to make restaurant reservations on-line, as well as arrange other vacation details prior to their arrival.
Guests who use their American Express card to purchase special Aspen Skiing Company packages (including Early Purchase tickets) as well as those who book vacations through Stay Aspen Snowmass will hear direct from our concierge services department. Depending on the initial method of contact, guests using the American Express card are contacted by phone 14 days prior to arrival, or via weekly e-mail messages, and offered information and assistance with everything from ski or snowboard lessons to airport transportation.

Guests may also arrange to have their skis stored and waxed, as well as transferred to any of the four mountains.
Intermountain Ski Transfers
Check with Guest Services at any mountain about overnight equipment storage or transfer to the mountain you're skiing tomorrow. For $5, you are freed from having to haul gear back and forth. Equipment rented from Pro Mountain Sports or D&E Ski & Snowboard Shops (5 convenient locations) is stored or transferred for free.
