The River Course At Keystone
Keystone's newest 18-hole course was designed by award-winning Dana Fry and Michael Hurdzan, Ph.D., landscape architects renowned for their environmentally sensitive golf course designs.
The River Course features a 194-foot drop from the tee to green on the par-4, 509-yard 16th hole and finishes with a challenging navigation through 12 bunkers on the scenic 18th hole. Keystone offers two scenic courses - Keystone Ranch Golf Course and The River Course at Keystone.
With the front nine oriented around the path of the Snake River and the back nine threaded through a lodgepole pine forest, this par-71, Hurdzan-Fry course brings an element of drama to your game. Impressive elevation changes, variable bunkers and water hazards combine to challenge golfers of all levels. Add to that the magnificent views of snow-capped peaks and it’s easy to see this is a golfing experience unlike any other. Features of The River Course include a 200-foot drop in elevation and five to six tee boxes per hole.
"The River Course, designed by Hurdzan-Fry, is an eco-sensitive marvel that skirts bike paths, wetlands and the Snake River on the front nine before ascending to higher ground on the back, where the views of the Gore Range and Continental Divide are spectacular - and the 200-foot drop at the par-four 16th is dizzying."
