Getting to Beaver Creek, Colorado

By Car:

Directions for the "Top of the Rockies" Scenic Byway Route (from Denver):

• Follow I-70 West to the Copper Mountain/ Leadville Exit #195.
  
• Exit I-70 at the Copper Mountain/ Leadville Exit # 195.
  
• Merge onto Colorado Highway 91 heading south towards Leadville. Highway 91 turns into US Highway 24. Follow this route to Leadville. When approaching Leadville, watch for signs to Minturn. US-24 will make a right turn and continue all the way to Minturn. 
  
• Pass through Minturn and continue to I-70.  Take I-70  West to the Avon exit. Head south through the roundabouts and you will see the welcome gate at Beaver Creek.
   

From Denver International Airport

• Take Pena Boulevard from DIA to Interstate 70 (I-70) west
• Proceed for approximately 120 miles (estimated time: 2 hours 15 minutes) to the Avon exit, 167
• Enter the roundabout and continue left. You will be heading south, and should go back under I-70
• Continue straight on this road through 4 more roundabouts, after which you will see the entrance to Beaver Creek
• Proceed to the Welcome Gate

From the Eagle County Airport (Vail/Beaver Creek Jet Center)

• Take Cooley Mesa Road (main airport road) to Highway 6. Take a right on Highway 6. You will be heading east.
• Follow Highway 6 to signs for Interstate 70 (I-70) east.
• Proceed on I-70 for approximately 20-25 minutes, to the Avon exit, 167.
• At the bottom of the exit, take a right around the roundabout. You will be heading south. Proceed straight through 3 more roundabouts, after which you will see the entrance to Beaver Creek.
• Proceed to the Welcome Gate

By Air:

Beaver Creek offers complimentary shuttle service to all guests staying in Beaver Creek and traveling anywhere within Beaver Creek. Bachelor Gulch also offers complimentary shuttle service to all guests staying in Bachelor Gulch to anywhere within Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch. Just call Village Transportation at (970)949-1938 or your concierge to book a shuttle to the golf club, Vilar Center for the Arts, or one of the many delicious restaurants in the Resort! Please allow 10-20 minutes for pickup when planning. No direct service is available to Arrowhead, Avon, or Vail during the summer.

Bus Services
Transportation from Beaver Creek to Vail
Buses depart throughout the day from the Covered Bridge (at the west end of the Beaver Creek Shopping Plaza) or at the Beaver Creek Reception Center by the east parking lot.
The Avon Eco buses also offer transportation to and from Vail and surrounding areas for a minimal fee
