Beano's CabinTM
Nestled high upon the mountain, this rustic log-style cabin offers award-winning Colorado fare such as Colorado rack of lamb in minted sherry vinegar glace and sea bass with purple mashed potatoes and leeks. Guests are transported to this unique getaway via snowcat-drawn sleigh. Beano's Cabin™ is open to the public for dinner only with a fixed-price menu; live entertainment is included. Special children's seating and menu are available. Beano's is a recipient of the 2002 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, DiRoNA award, AAA Four Diamond Awards and has earned top marks in the Zagat Survey. Allie's CabinTM
Nearly six years old, this intimate pine cabin offers a premiere dining experience and a creative menu featuring Kumomoto Oysters with avocado tapenade, lemon crème fraiche, beluga caviar and squid ink veloute and Duck Confit with ginger lavendar pnzu and toasted sesame cous cous. A romantic evening awaits, beginning with a snowcat-drawn sleighride under a starry sky and finishing with after dinner drinks and desert nestled in overstuffed chairs by the fire. With its cathedral ceilings and cozy river rock fireplace, the cabin sits in a grove of aspen on the mountain and boasts views of the entire village. The cabin is named for Allie Townsend, Beaver Creek's first female resident in the late 1800s. In the winter, Allie's is open to the public for dinner only with a fixed-priced menu. Zach's CabinTM
A new addition of fine dining in Beaver Creek, Zach's Cabin is located on the mountain between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch Villages. Similar in concept to Allie's and Beano's Cabins, this 13,000-square-foot cabin is situated in a grove of aspen trees. Incredible views of the Gore Range, vaulted ceilings, and a large stone fireplace all help to make Zach's Cabin the perfect setting for a delightful meal. The Cabin is open to the public for dinner on Wednesday and Sunday nights, and is available for private functions throughout the year. Children's menu and pricing are available on the first of three nightly sleigh departures. Zach's Cabin is named for Zach Allen, father of Beaver Creek's first female resident, Allie Townsend (for whom Allie's Cabin is named). Zach, who served as a law enforcement officer in Colorado during the late 1800s, was killed in the line of duty.
Spruce SaddleTM Lodge
An on-mountain dining court unique to Beaver Creek that offers everything from wraps, burgers and hand-tossed pizza to an exotic salad bar, dynamite pasta, and secret-recipe turkey chili. Spruce Saddle is located at the top of the Centennial Express lift (chair #6) and offers spectacular views of the Gore Range and surrounding White River National Forest. The restaurant is open throughout the day, until the lifts close.
Red Tail CampTM
Located at the finish area of the Birds of Prey men's downhill course, this indoor/outdoor barbecue is home to classic rock music and the famous "Whiskey Brisket sandwich." Its expansive deck is its claim to fame, and Red Tail is the place to be on Sundays throughout the season, soaking up the sun and enjoying cold draft beers at the full service deck bar while the house rocks to live music each afternoon.
Broken Arrow CaféTM
Located at the base of the mountain in Arrowhead Village, this café with outdoor deck seating and a full-service bar serves the famous Blinkey Burger, hearty soups, sandwiches, pizzas and a variety of items from its popular outdoor grill.
